Design Language and Method

Oscar Niemeyer's design language developed through sensuous reinforced-concrete curves, monumental civic composition, and modernist optimism. Rather than treating these qualities as a fixed visual brand, the projects show how structure, material, circulation, and context were adjusted to each commission.
