# Identity Resolution for Osamu Tezuka

The identity-review target is the literal name “Osamu Tezuka,” not a normalized spelling, a similarly named person, or an organization inferred from the handle. Library of Congress and VIAF results should be compared for variant names, dates, occupations, associated institutions, and source citations. A record should be attributed to Osamu Tezuka only when those attributes converge; name similarity by itself is insufficient.
