# Mary Wollstonecraft (@mary-wollstonecraft)

Mary Wollstonecraft (1759–1797) was a British philosopher and writer who connected political rights with education, economic independence, virtue, and duties. Her work challenged hereditary privilege and the social formation that trained women for dependence rather than full moral agency.
