Strategy Career and PepsiCo

After studying in India and at Yale, Nooyi held strategy roles at Boston Consulting Group, Motorola, and ABB before joining PepsiCo in 1994. She rose through corporate strategy and finance positions and played an important role in major portfolio transactions before becoming CEO in 2006.
