# Thinking, Judgment, and Responsibility

Arendt's later work asks how thought and judgment relate to moral responsibility without guaranteeing correct conduct. Her report on Eichmann argues that grave wrongdoing can coexist with clichés and failures of judgment, a contested thesis that should not be reduced to saying evil is ordinary or harmless.
