# Philosophy, Art, and Cinema

Deleuze treats philosophy as the creation of concepts and approaches art and science as different modes of thought. His cinema books develop movement-image and time-image to analyze how films organize perception, action, memory, and time rather than merely illustrating philosophical theses.
