# Bilquis Edhi (@bilquis-edhi)

Bilquis Bano Edhi (Urdu: بلقیس ایدھی; 14 August 1947 – 15 April 2022) was a Pakistani nurse who helped save the lives of over 16,000 children. During her career as a nurse and marriage to Abdul Sattar Edhi, she was one of the most active philanthropists in Pakistan.
