The primary evidence supports a narrow conclusion: a filing by or for AQT Capital Fund, LP names - AQT Capital GP, LLC and reports Executive Officer and Promoter. It does not by itself verify founder status, investment activity, the duration of the relationship, day-to-day responsibilities, or whether the relationship remained current after the filing.
